Suraj Singh has a diverse work experience in the field of robotics and imaging. Suraj started their career in 2017 with an internship at Ruckus Wireless LTD. In 2016, they worked as a Research Intern at PES University, where they focused on projects related to Ultra thin Wires Drag Enhancement System (UWDES) and Simultaneous Localisation and Mapping (SLAM) based Unmanned Vehicles. From 2018 to 2019, Suraj worked as a Research Assistant at PES University, continuing their work on UWDES and SLAM-based unmanned vehicles.
In 2019, Suraj joined Flux Auto as a Robotics Engineer, specializing in Mapping and Localisation. Suraj later became the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Mapping and Localisation and eventually took on the role of Team Lead for Robotics - Mapping and Localisation. At Flux Auto, Suraj worked on various projects related to robotics and mapping.
In 2020, Suraj worked as a Freelance Robotics Engineer on Upwork, where they focused on Visual SLAM and Mobile Robotics. Currently, they are employed as a Vision and Imaging Engineer - I at Tonbo Imaging, where they are involved in research and development of real-time object detection and tracking algorithms.
Suraj Singh attended Kendriya Vidyalaya Malleswaram from 2003 to 2012 for their primary and secondary education. Suraj then joined PES University from 2014 to 2018, where they pursued a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering. Prior to their university education, Suraj Singh studied Computer Science at Kendriya Vidyalaya Malleswaram from 2012 to 2014.
