Mimi Lytje

Mimi Lytje is a highly experienced legal consultant currently serving as a Juridisk Konsulent at Tønder Kommune since October 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Head of Section at The Danish Debt Collection Agency, overseeing International Cooperation, and leading sections at the Danish Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries, as well as the Ministry of Finance of Denmark. Mimi also held the position of Development Adviser at the Royal Danish Embassy in Washington DC and served as a Policy Fellow at Jubilee USA Network, focusing on debt-related issues. Initial career foundations were established at the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food as both a Head of Section and a Legal Assistant, with responsibilities including legal complaints and administrative communication.
