Luca Monti is an experienced cultural and event management professional, currently serving as an Associato at TrovaFestival Associazione Culturale and President of Associazione Culturale Tantasà. Monti is also a founding member of Tondo, a non-profit organization focused on promoting sustainable industrial and economic systems. Since April 2001, Monti has held multiple roles at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, including Program Manager and Adjunct Professor, coordinating advanced training courses in cultural planning and communication. As a freelance project manager, Monti has collaborated with various non-profit organizations to create cultural events and has experience in acting, directing, and dramaturgy at Tetro Comunale di San Salvatore Mto. Additional roles include being a radio host for Radio Cantù and a former quality manager at Residenza San Francesco. Monti holds dual degrees in Letters, specializing in Theater History, from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.

Tondo

Tondo is a cluster of organizations dedicated to the Circular Economy, working to create an ecosystem between universities, start-ups, companies, organizations and individuals, to foster innovation, entrepreneurship and circularity. The association Tondo APS carries out and supports analyses, studies, research and activities aimed at safeguarding and improving the conditions of the environment, following the principles of Circular Economy. Tondo LAB, on the other hand, is a company set up to support companies and start-ups in the conception and implementation of circular solutions, simplifying their path towards Circular Economy. In addition to this, there is also Re-think, an event format showcasing possible Circular Economy solutions, fostering interaction and discussion between national and international stakeholders. Tondo is enlarging and spreading the knowledge related to Circular Economy topics, supporting the launch of new businesses that implement a circular approach and help consolidated companies in the transition to a Circular Economy.
