Saamer Mansoor has a wealth of experience in the technology industry. Saamer began in 2013 as a Research Assistant at Solarno Inc., where they operated high-vacuum systems and measured optical property-emissivity of specialized materials. In the same year, they also worked as a Global Quality and CIP Intern at Flowserve, where they supported the Continuous Improvement Process team and improved accuracy and reduced steps in processes. In 2014, they worked as a Reliability Engineering Intern at Infigen Energy, where they analyzed and presented the leading components, locations and causes for the company's production downtime. In 2015, they worked as an Engineer I and Engineering Intern at Intertek, where they won an Intertek NPS Promoter Award and deliberated the redesigning of products. In 2016, they worked as an Application Developer at Exigo Office and as a Jr Technology Consultant, Freelancer, Maker, Engineer at The First Prototype. At The First Prototype, they also worked as a Solution Architect and Software Technology Consulting, where they strategically managed work from multiple clients across multiple countries, trained and mentored developers, and published over 30 scalable cross platform apps with >100 deployments. In 2017, they worked as a Full Stack Developer at TestAmerica and as a Senior Software Engineer at Slalom, where they were one of the top-5 performing developers on an AGILE team. In 2019, they worked as a Lead Software Engineer at BGRS, where they led the development of apps used by the Canadian Armed Forces. In 2020, they began working as the CTO at TonDone.

Saamer Mansoor has a diverse education history. Saamer completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Engineering from The University of Texas at Dallas in 2015. In 2016, they obtained a Trade School Certification from EpicU Coding Bootcamp in C#, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. In 2021, they will be completing a Certificate of Completion from the Apple Developer Academy in Design, Development and Business. Saamer also has obtained certifications from Apple in App Development with Swift in 2022, Quality-One International in 8D - Eight Disciplines of Problem Solving in 2014, and the American Red Cross in CPR/AED and First Aid in 2011.
