William Wichert

William Wichert has over 19 years of work experience. William started their career in 2001 as a Systems Administrator at Cleveland Clinic. In 2003, they became an Assistant Professor at Cuyahoga Community College and an Adjunct Professor at Lakeland Community College. In 2015, they joined the Cleveland Airport System as an IT Operations Manager. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Hyland, creator of OnBase, as a Business Consultant. In 2017, they were promoted to Interim Chief Information Officer/Deputy Chief Information Officer at the Cleveland Airport System. In 2018, they moved to Hill International, Inc. as a Senior Business Consultant/Innovation Program Manager. In 2019, they co-founded Cyprus Lake and served as Co-Founder and Principal. In 2020, they co-founded TonDone and currently serves as Co-Founder and COO.

William Wichert is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Capella University, which they expect to complete in 2021. Previously, they obtained an MBA from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in 2013, along with a Designing Solutions for Innovations and Strategy Certificate. William also holds a LEAN Six Sigma Yellow Belt, obtained in 2011. William obtained a Bachelor of Science in Management from Case Western Reserve University in 2009. William also holds certifications from Microsoft as a Certified Systems Engineer (2004) and Certified Systems Administrator (2002), as well as A+ and Network+ certifications from CompTIA.
