Shimei Z.

Shimei Z. has extensive experience in food safety and quality assurance, currently serving as a Quality Assurance Tech at Tone Products Inc since April 2018. Responsibilities include enforcing safety standards, conducting food safety training, and managing allergen preventive control programs. Previously, Shimei Z. held research positions at the Institute for Food Safety and Health where research focused on Salmonella on fresh-cut fruits, and at the Ministry of Agriculture, where studies investigated the effects of Paclobutrazol on rat endocrine systems.
