Kshama Shrivastava has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kshama started their career in 2018 as an Assistant Creative Director at Indian Production Company, where they worked until 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as an English Language Teacher at Podar International School. In 2014, they became the co-owner of Sarv dharm siksha samajothan samiti, an NGO that focuses on educational development and social issues in rural areas. Kshama has been involved with the NGO since then and continues to contribute. In 2022, they joined Toneop as the Head of Content, and in 2023, they took on a similar role at Bansal Group.
Kshama Shrivastava completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Media and Event Management from the Indian School Of Media, St Xaviers, Mumbai in the years 2017-2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma of computer application from Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication, Bhopal in 2013-2014. Kshama also holds a B.com degree with a specialization in computer application from Dr. Harisingh Gaur Vishwavidyalaya, Sagar, which they completed between 2011 and 2014.
