Sunil Naik has over 8 years of professional experience. sunil began their career in 2011 as an Android Application Developer at Bridgetree Research Services (P) Ltd. In 2013, they moved to Janaagraha Centre for Citizenship and Democracy, where they continued to work as an Android Application Developer. In 2014, they joined Prime Focus Technologies as a Senior Software Developer. sunil is currently employed at ToneTag as a Senior Software Engineer, a position they have held since 2017.

Sunil Naik obtained a M.tech degree in Electronics and Communication from Sir MVIT Bangalore between 2009 and 2011.
