De Castro Maleiane

De Castro Maleiane has extensive experience in human resources and industrial relations, currently serving as the Human Resources Legal and Industrial Relations Manager at Tongaat Hulett since January 2007. Responsibilities include wage negotiations, labor conflict resolution, legal implementation, and the creation of policies and regulations. Previous experience includes the role of Industrial Relations HR Manager at the same company and HR functions at Banco ProCredit Mozambique, focusing on wages, disciplinary proceedings, recruitment, and contracts. Earlier, De Castro worked as a Senior HR Technician at the Ministry of Education in Mozambique, managing databases for teachers and public function workers, systematizing information, training, and liaising with the government on budgets for recruitment. De Castro holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication & Human Resources from Universidade Católica de Moçambique and another Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from the University of South Australia.
