Norbeta Mudambanuki

Norbeta Mudambanuki is an experienced HR professional with a focus on compensation and benefits, currently serving as an HR Officer at Tongaat Hulett, Hippo Valley Estates since December 2016. Previously, Norbeta held the position of Buyer in the Procurement Division at Imports & Exports Logistics, Tongaat Hulett Zimbabwe, from June 2016 to November 2016. Prior to that, a role as PA to the Agriculture Directorate at Tongaat Hulett from February 2010 to May 2016 provided expertise in front office administration for the Agriculture Division. An extensive career began at the University of Zimbabwe, where Norbeta worked as an Executive Secretary from June 1994 to April 2002 in various capacities within the Academic Registrar's Office, Registrar's Office, and Vice Chancellor's Office. Norbeta holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of South Africa, earned between 2011 and 2015.
