Rob Aitken

Rob Aitken is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Interim Chief Executive Officer and previously as Chief Financial Officer and Acting Chief Financial Officer at Tongaat Hulett since January 2018. Prior to this role, Rob held various positions at Illovo Sugar from January 2009 to December 2017, including Head of Finance and Group Financial Manager. Earlier career experience includes the role of Group Financial Accountant at Bidvest McCarthy and Audit Senior at Deloitte South Africa. Rob holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance/Accounting and a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Accounting and Finance from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
