Tinayeshe Ngara

Tinayeshe Ngara is an experienced process engineer currently working at Tongaat Hulett since January 2019, specializing in the Rawhouse and Refinery & Ethanol Plant. Responsibilities include budget preparation, efficient plant operation, troubleshooting production issues, and developing operational procedures. Tinayeshe previously served as a Chemical Engineer Intern and Engineering Attachee at Olivine Industries, where contributions encompassed process engineering deliverables, optimization, statistical analysis, and quality management reporting. Tinayeshe holds a BSc Engineering Honours Degree in Chemical Engineering from NUST, completed in 2016.
