Richard Silverton

Richard Silverton has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Richard started their career as a Senior Commercial Lawyer at Gilbert & Tobin, Attorneys at Law in 1996. Richard then worked at Cable & Wireless, holding positions as Director of Regulatory Affairs and Director of eWorld, Regional Businesses. In 2005, they joined Van Wagner Communications (UK) as a Commercial Director. After that, they worked at Van Wagner Communications, LLC, where they held roles including Vice President of Development, Executive Vice President and Partner, and President of Real Estate & Development/Partner. In 2015, Silverton joined Van Wagner Asia Pacific as the CEO & Lead Investment Partner. Richard also worked as an External Advisor at the City of Seattle. In 2017, they became a Non-Executive Director at Hypetap. In 2020, they started working as a Non-Executive Director at Chemist2U Australia. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Executive Officer at Tonic Media Network since March 2021 and also serves as a Non-Executive Director at Tonic Media Network since December 2015.

Richard Silverton has a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from IMD, completed in 2004. Richard also holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) with a major in Political Science from UNSW, obtained between 1986 and 1991. In 2017, they pursued a Generalist Directors Course (GAICD) at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
