Chris Burr began their career as a Junior Graphic Designer at Kappa Graphic Design Studio in 1995. In 1997, they moved to 47Jane Internet Studio as a Senior Art Director. In 2000, they joined TonicGroup as a Partner and Creative Director, a role they held until the present.
Chris Burr attended Parsons School of Design - The New School from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Communications.
