Allison Stack

Allison Stack is an accomplished sales and customer success leader with extensive experience in driving growth and collaboration across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Sales, Specialty at tonies® USA since December 2025, Allison previously held the position of Chief Sales Officer/Director of Sales & Customer Success at STEMfinity, where efforts were focused on scalable systems and national team leadership. At Bright Horizons, Allison led influencer engagement and improved strategic planning through CRM tools. A notable tenure at LEGO Education included managing a multi-million-dollar portfolio and fostering partner alignment, in addition to significant roles in strategic partnerships and operations. Early career experiences at EF and Bain & Company provided a strong foundation in sales, operations, and training. Allison holds a BA in Communication and Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an MA in Integrated Marketing Communication from Emerson College.
