John Waltz II GBI is an experienced construction professional currently serving as a Superintendent at Tonn and Blank Construction since January 2022. Prior to this role, John held the position of Senior Superintendent at Larson-Danielson Construction Co., Inc. from March 2008 to January 2022, where John received the prestigious John Simmons Superintendent of the Year Award in 2020. John also gained experience as a Superintendent at Wagner Const. & Homes Inc. from 1994 to 1997 and worked as an Interior Superintendent at Knight Corp from January 1989 to March 1994. John has an educational background that includes studies at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis and Purdue University Northwest, as well as a degree from UBC in Infection Control (IKRA).
