Roger Knaggs

Roger Knaggs has extensive experience in the construction industry, focusing primarily on program management. Roger currently holds the position of Vice President of Program Management at Tonn and Blank Construction since June 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Construction at Miami Children's Health System from October 2015 to April 2019. Roger previously worked as the Director of Program Management Services at Tonn and Blank Construction from June 2009 to August 2015. Before that, they held project executive roles at Hammes Company and Skanska from 2006 to 2009 and 2005 to 2006 respectively.

Roger Knaggs obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering from Queen's University, where they studied from 1977 to 1981. Following their undergraduate education, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Indiana University South Bend from 1993 to 1996.
