Cam Kimeyon Thomas

Kimeyon Thomas, CAM, currently serves as Community Manager Multifamily at Tonti Properties, a position held since November 2012, with a promotion to Property Manager in January 2014. Responsibilities include planning and implementing leasing strategies for new leases and renewals. Previously, Kimeyon held the title of Assistant Manager Student Housing, achieving 100% occupancy in a newly launched property.
