Fiona Thomson

Fiona Thomson (MCIPD) is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resource management and employee relations. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, Fiona has previously held significant roles at ACCA as a Senior ER Consultant and HR Consultant, as well as at Teleperformance as an HR Business Partner and Senior HR Officer. Early in their career, Fiona worked as an HR Advisor at RESPONSE and as a Recruitment Consultant at Hudson. Fiona holds a Master's degree (honours) in French Language and Literature with Management Studies from the University of Glasgow and a Master of Science (MSc) in Human Resource Management (CIPD) from Glasgow Caledonian University.
