Lucy Isotta

Lucy Isotta currently serves as the Global Director of Delivery at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, a position held since January 2024. Previously, Lucy was Acting Executive Director of the Reform Office and Director in the Office of the Secretary Strategic Governance at the NSW Department of Education from June 2021 to January 2024. Earlier experience includes roles as Director in the Premier’s Implementation Unit at the Department of Premier and Cabinet (NSW) and Associate Director in Economics, Policy and Regulation at EY. Lucy's career also encompasses leadership positions at the Cabinet Office in the UK, including Head of the Insights Team and Senior Policy Advisor, along with experience as a Speechwriter for the Equality and Human Rights Commission. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in War Studies from King's College London, a first-class degree from the London School of Economics in International Political Theory & Identity Politics, and a first-class Post Graduate Diploma in Psychology from London Metropolitan University.
