Meshingo Jack

Meshingo Jack is an accomplished professional in the fields of digital and technology transformation, with extensive experience advising governments and stakeholders in the development of digital strategies. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, Meshingo focuses on supporting the Government of Ethiopia in the Digital Ethiopia 2025 Strategy. Past roles include coordination of projects at Smart Botswana, aimed at leveraging the Fourth Industrial Revolution for national development, and management of broadband policy at the Botswana Communications Regulatory Authority, successfully shaping the country's digital economy. With a solid educational background, including an MSc in Information & Telecommunications Technology from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, Meshingo holds multiple certifications and has contributed to significant initiatives in both public and private sectors.
