Oussama Dahmani

Oussama Dahmani is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in governance, reform, and international development. As the Country Director for Tanzania and Niger at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change since December 2021, Dahmani has focused on designing and delivering advisory programs to support government strategies and the establishment of delivery units. Previously, as Projects Director at Cowater International, Dahmani managed a €20M portfolio across five EU-funded projects and oversaw international teams in Africa. Dahmani also held roles as Director of Technical Cooperation at ANIMA Investment Network and Monitoring & Evaluation Manager at DAI, specializing in program implementation and assessment in challenging environments. Earlier experience includes senior advisory positions with GIZ and various consulting roles in the private sector. Dahmani holds a Master’s Degree in Accountancy, Internal Control, and Audit from iaelyon School of Management.
