Rasmus Fonnesbæk Andersen

Rasmus Fonnesbæk Andersen, PhD, currently serves as Senior Manager for Digital and Tech Transformation at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, advising governments on innovative strategies and technology integration. Previously, Rasmus held multiple roles at Dalberg, including Senior Project Manager, where work focused on digital solutions for development and inclusive growth across various sectors. With a substantial academic foundation that includes a PhD in Political Science from the University of Copenhagen, Rasmus has also contributed to public policy and election monitoring through positions with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark and as a Legislative Assistant at the Danish Parliament. Rasmus's diverse experience extends to research roles and international collaborations in political science and development.
