Rachel G.

Rachel G. is an accomplished Learning and Development professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles within prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at Tony Gee and Partners since July 2014, Rachel's role was created to align employee competence with the company's growth during a significant transition phase. Prior to this, Rachel held positions as Learning and Development Manager for the UK at URS Corporation, leading a team responsible for 3,200 employees and collaborating with USA counterparts on new IT systems and performance management. Rachel's career also includes experience as an L&D Business Partner at URS/Scott Wilson and as Training and Development Manager at Scott Wilson Railways Ltd. Rachel began a career in personnel management at Westbury Homes, overseeing significant projects for a group of 1,500 employees. Rachel holds a MA (Hons) in History and Economics from Balliol College, Oxford, and was educated at Wells Cathedral School in Somerset.
