The Too Young leadership team is composed of individuals with a wealth of experience in the music industry. The team's founder and Executive Creative Director, Marcelo Battaglia, has years of experience in music composition and direction. Additionally, the team's Director, Nicolas Bauer, has experience founding and directing multiple companies in the music industry, including BATAILLE and TMA The Music Agency. Finally, the team's Executive Director, Florencia Clement de Grandprey, holds a degree in Cultural Management and Policy Analysis from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.
