Dengchao Meng P.e. (Sam)

Dengchao (Sam) Meng, P.E. is an experienced Project Engineer currently working at Toole Design Group since October 2022 and at Stahl Sheaffer Engineering LLC since December 2016. Prior to these roles, Meng gained experience as a Library Assistant at the University of Delaware from May 2014 to November 2015. Dengchao obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware, completing the program in 2016.
