Elizabeth Shin Pe

Elizabeth Shin, PE, is currently a Project Engineer at Toole Design Group since August 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Transportation Project Manager and Transportation Engineer for the City of Roswell, Georgia, from August 2016 to July 2023, where responsibilities encompassed project management, design of capital improvement projects, and coordination with multiple stakeholders. Previous roles also include an internship at Jacobs as a Roadway/Highway Engineering Intern, a transportation engineering internship at VHB, and a student assistant position at Georgia Tech Office of Undergraduate Admission. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, completed in 2016.
