Ernie Boughman

Ernie Boughman, AICP, has a solid and extensive work experience in the field of urban planning and project management. Ernie started their career as an Intern Architect at Campbell Meek and Associates, Architects, Inc. in 1992 and worked there until 1998. Ernie then joined Parsons Brinckerhoff as a Lead Planner from 1998 to 2007. During this time, they gained significant experience in planning and coordinating various projects.

In 2007, Ernie Boughman joined BP Barber as a Senior Project Manager, where they continued to develop their skills and expertise in project management. After four years, they moved to URS Corporation in the same position and worked there until 2013.

Since 2013, Ernie Boughman has been associated with the Toole Design Group, LLC. Ernie first served as the Southeast Regional Office Director for five years, overseeing planning and operations in the region. Then, they were promoted to become the Director of Operations, Southeast U.S., a position they currently hold.

Throughout their career, Ernie Boughman has demonstrated their ability to lead teams, manage projects efficiently, and contribute to the successful implementation of various urban planning initiatives. Ernie'swealth of experience and expertise make him a valuable asset in their field.

Ernie Boughman, AICP, obtained their Master of City and Regional Planning degree from Clemson University from 1991 to 1998. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies in the field of BS Architectural Design. In July 1999, Ernie Boughman obtained their certification as an American Institute of Certified Planners.
