Jazmin Bustos

Jazmin Bustos is a transportation planner with a diverse background in urban and community planning. Currently employed as Transportation Planner II at Toole Design Group since October 2025, Jazmin previously served as City Planner for the City of Merriam, Kansas, from June 2023 to October 2025 and as Community Planning Intern at the City of North Kansas City from February 2023 to June 2023. Earlier experience includes a role as Community Planning Intern with Hoxie Collective from May 2022 to January 2023 and as Library Assistant at Olathe Public Library from 2018 to January 2020. Jazmin holds a Bachelor's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning and a Minor in Environmental Sustainability from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, completed in 2023, and an Associate of Arts degree from Johnston Community College, obtained in 2019.
