Noren Hartman

Noren Hartman is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations and customer service. Currently serving as an Operations Coordinator at Toole Design Group since August 2021, Noren previously held the position of Disability Specialist at Spirit Airlines from July 2017 to July 2021. Prior roles include Customer Service Associate at Amazon and Refugee Program Assistant at the Canadian High Commission, where Noren managed over 25 refugee immigration applications daily and received the Director General’s Award for Excellence in 2014. Through roles as Economic Program Assistant and Registry Clerk, Noren demonstrated exceptional organizational and customer service skills, contributing to improved efficiencies and relationships across departments. Noren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Queen's University and an advanced level qualification from Nairobi Academy.
