Shawna Kitzman, AICP, RSP1, is a Senior Planner at Toole Design Group, where responsibilities include enhancing street safety, comfort, and enjoyment through various multimodal transportation projects in the Northeast. Previous experience includes serving as a Project Manager at Superpedestrian, focusing on micromobility solutions and event coordination, and managing transportation projects at FHI Studio while fostering collaboration with various organizations. Kitzman co-founded the Jam Program, a networking space for women, and held roles in RFP production at Prudential Financial and urban planning at Makers Architecture & Urban Design LLP. Kitzman holds a Master's degree in Sustainable Transportation from the University of Washington and a BFA in Illustration from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design.
