Andrew Krahn

Andrew Krahn is a Learning and Development Specialist focused on visual design at Tooling U-SME since August 2023, where responsibilities include creating illustrations and layouts for manufacturing training materials while considering accessibility and DEI. Previously, Andrew worked as a self-employed freelance graphic designer and illustrator from June 2016 to August 2023, contributing to projects such as an instructional book, custom playing cards, and website consulting. Andrew has held various roles, including eCommerce and Graphic Design Specialist at Alta Technologies Inc. from December 2019 to May 2023, where expertise in product relevance across numerous lines was essential. Further experience includes positions as Project Consultant at The Creative Group, Contract Graphic Designer at Dashe & Thomson and Hoffeld Group, and a visual expert at One Wheel Marketing. Early career experience includes a barista role at Dunn Brothers Coffee and a structural design internship at Great Northern Corporation. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul.
