Tooling U-SME
Katie L. currently serves as a Content Developer at Tooling U-SME since August 2023. Previously, Katie held various positions in academia, including Writing Center Consultant and Adjunct Professor of English at Cuyahoga Community College, and Adjunct Professor at Lorain County Community College and Cleveland State University. Additionally, Katie gained experience as a Graduate Assistant and Writing Center Consultant at John Carroll University from September 2019 to May 2022, where the focus was on providing individualized support to students in all aspects of writing. Katie's educational background includes a Master of Arts in English and a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Philosophy, both from John Carroll University, as well as an Associate of Arts from Cuyahoga Community College. Prior to entering academia, Katie worked as a server at The Bay Diner from October 2013 to May 2020.
