Carina Tenden has extensive work experience in various roles within different companies. Carina started their career at Skydda Norge AS in 2005, where they worked as a Technical Support employee, handling product inquiries, order management, and returns and complaints processes. In 2011, they joined B&B TOOLS as a Quality Manager, responsible for developing and maintaining control systems and leading internal and supplier audits. In 2016, Carina became the Quality Manager and Project Manager at TOOLS AS, where they oversaw internal sales projects and the merger between TOOLS Løvold AS and TOOLS AS. Carina also led the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In 2020, Carina took on the role of National Indoor Sales Manager at TOOLS AS, and in 2022, they became the Director of Sales and Support.
Carina Tenden has a diverse education history. In 2007, they attended BI Norwegian Business School and studied Kommunikasjon og medievitenskap (Communication and Media Science). From 2012 to 2013, they attended Western Norway University of Applied Sciences and studied Kvalitetsledelse (Quality Management). Prior to that, from 2002 to 2005, they attended Treider College Oslo and obtained a degree in Travel Manager with a focus on Turisme- og reiseledelse (Tourism and Travel Management).
In addition to their educational qualifications, Carina Tenden has also obtained several certifications. In February 2014, they received a Quality Lead Auditor certification from EOQ Competence Specification AS. During the same time, they also obtained a Risk Manager certification from the same institution. In July 2013, they earned a Quality Systems Manager certification from EOQ Competence Specification AS.
