Jakub M. F.

Jakub M. F. has a diverse work experience with various companies and organizations. In 2021, they became the CFO and Head of Business Operations at Tools for Humanity, the operating company of Worldcoin. Prior to this, they were a Co-owner and Managing Partner at a Family Office since 2019.

In 2020, Jakub worked at Daftcode as a Managing Partner, focusing on Web 3.0, DAO, and DeFi projects. Jakub M. also served as the Chief Strategy Officer and Interim CEO at a portfolio company.

From 2018 to 2019, Jakub was the Director General at the Human Technology Foundation, where they developed an international think tank on ethics of technologies. Jakub M. also co-founded VHacks, managing the first Vatican Hackathon and serving as the Founder and CEO.

Additionally, Jakub co-founded and served as a Board Member of the Servant Leadership Summit at the Vatican, which involved discussions on major global issues with the leaders of the Catholic Church. Jakub M. also worked as the Chief Business Officer at Cellino Biotech, developing a commercialization strategy for a cell-therapies start-up.

Jakub M. F. holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with Honors from Harvard Business School. Jakub M. also completed a semester-long, in-person program on the Ethics and Governance of Artificial Intelligence at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Jakub obtained a Master of Science (MS) in International Management (CEMS MIM) from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. Prior to that, they pursued a BA in Economics and an MA in Corporate Finance at SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 2008 to 2014. Additionally, Jakub obtained a Master of Arts (MA) in Law from the University of Warsaw from 2009 to 2014.
