Tatiana Q.

Tatiana Q. started their work experience in 2005 as a Sourcing Specialist at Webb Consulting, E-Business & Outsourcing. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Werkstudentin and Praktikantin in the Controlling and Marketing departments at Siemens AG and GFK Marktforschung. Tatiana then joined AREVA NP GmbH as an Einkäuferin im Bereich Electrical Systems for a brief period in 2011 before transitioning to MAN Truck & Bus AG. At MAN Truck & Bus AG, Tatiana worked as a Strategische Projekteinkäuferin, involved in an international localization project and responsible for price negotiations, supplier reporting, cost reduction measures, and process optimization. In 2013, they joined Siemens as an e-Auction Procurement Expert before moving to Siemens Digital Factory as an Einkäuferin für indirektes Material in 2015. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Senior SCM Specialist at Siemens Energy Management. Starting in 2018, they joined TADANO FAUN GmbH as an Einkaufsleiterin / Site Procurement Manager, and later transitioned into the role of Einkäuferin. Tatiana's most recent role is as the Head of Supply Chain Management at Tools for Humanity, a position they have held since November 2021.
