Geneva Carlos-Valentino

Geneva Carlos-Valentino serves as the Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at Toolworks since March 2023 and is an Elite Member of The Black In HR (TM) since June 2023. Previously, Geneva held the position of People and Operations Consultant at Harambee Consulting Group from December 2022 to February 2024, and spent over 14 years at Manos Home Care, rising through various roles including Vice President, Director of Operations, and Director of Programs, successfully expanding client services and overseeing operational management. Earlier career experience includes serving as RCFE and ARF Administrator at The Harrison House Care Center Inc. Geneva holds an MBA in Organizational Effectiveness from Michigan State University and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Social Science Teacher Education and Psychology from Notre Dame de Namur University.
