Kaela Townsend

Kaela Townsend is an experienced professional with a diverse background in community integration and customer service. Currently serving as a Community Integration Specialist at Toolworks since October 2017, Kaela previously held roles as an Assistant Operations Manager at Hopsy and as a Barista at Philz Coffee, where a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction was a central focus. Additional experience includes being a Sales Specialist at REI, where Kaela provided personalized advice on gear and safety for outdoor activities, and contributions to various roles at Stanford University, including Marketing Director for a ski club and Administrative Assistant in educational research settings. Kaela also served as a Cross Country Coach at Los Gatos High School, mentoring student athletes and fostering their personal development.
