Mike Schnier

Mike Schnier is an accomplished professional in the animation and marketing industries, currently serving as the Founder of CartoonRecruit.com since August 2024, a platform dedicated to animators and industry artists seeking new opportunities. Since December 2018, Mike has held multiple roles at Toon Boom Animation, including Content Strategy Manager and Social Media & Content Manager. Previous experiences include content writing and graphic design at Iversoft, social media and marketing roles at Escape Manor, and marketing specialization at Kardish Health Food Centre. Additionally, Mike has served as Communications Coordinator for the Old Ottawa South Community Association and has worked in various marketing and design capacities at ReSoMe and the Ottawa International Animation Festival. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Carleton University, completed in 2012.
