Gaya Yona

Gaya Yona has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Gaya began at TravelersBox as a QA Tester & Recruiting Coordinator, a part-time, student position. Gaya was responsible for testing and validating machine functionality as well as interacting with hiring managers to verify job requirements for better candidates and client satisfaction. In 2014, they also began working at Tashoot as an Aftersales Manager. In 2017, they began working at Toonimo as an HR Manager & Admin, managing the phases of recruitment and sourcing the best candidates using social networks, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor. In 2019, they began working as a Clinical Psychology Intern at Tel Aviv University, and in 2020, they began working as a Clinical Psychology Intern at Schneider Children's Medical Center of Israel.

Gaya Yona has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Cinema from Tel Aviv University, which they obtained between 2014 and 2017. Gaya then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology at the same university, which they completed in 2021. In addition, Gaya has obtained three certifications from LinkedIn in 2020 and 2022, namely Diversity Recruiting, HR Guidelines Everyone Should Know (2020), and Human Resources: Payroll.
