Katarzyna Kozyra

Katarzyna Kozyra has a diverse work experience, primarily in the field of human resources. Katarzyna has recently worked as an Agile projects lead and Scrum Master at Tooploox since December 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Talent Manager at Cognizant from January 2020 to November 2021. Katarzyna also worked at Jerónimo Martins from 2014 to 2019, where they held various roles including Senior Training Manager, Project Manager, HR Manager, and HR Business Partner. Katarzyna was also responsible for opening a new business line, the Soup Factory, where they established HR processes, recruited a team, and ensured the unit's smooth operation.
