Previously operating under the brands Open Tour in Paris, The Original Tour in London and Windsor and Navigatours in Bath and Cardiff; we decided to rethink, restructure, rebuilt and restart 2021 under a new brand, TOOTBUS. RATP Dev’s global sightseeing subsidiary, TOOTBUS, embodies the identity of a unique company, proud of its historical local roots and looking at future under a new positioning centred on the city. For international visitors and locals alike, (re)discovering the city is an experience in itself. For many, their first glimpse of the city will be from the top deck of our buses. Our role is to help our customers create memories and emotional connections with the city by giving them an experience that offers a fresh perspective each time, guaranteeing easy and flexible journeys rich with discoveries. We commit to making our customers experience: UNFORGETTABLE: We have restructured our offer to better match visitors demand among a more locally based and family-oriented clientele. We have implemented a high degree of digitalisation to simplify, improve and enhance the experience. SUSTAINABLE - We love the city, we protect the city. We operate the greenest fleet of hoho buses, composed by clean-energy buses or fully compliant with the European and local standards. Our aim is to convert our entire fleet to 100% clean energy sources. COMPLETE: We want our customers to feel confident and experience the city like a local. Thus, we have implemented amazing functionalities on our app allowing them to discover our routes, locate our stops, follow our buses in real time, learn key facts by playing the audio guide as they go and explore further through our self-guided walking tours. SAFE: We offer an “open-air” activity and are fully compliant with the recommendations of the public health authorities. Also, digitalisation will enable a fully contactless guest experience.
