Tanya Mehta

Tanya Mehta currently serves as the DVP and HR Head at makeO toothsi aligners, overseeing HR Business Partnering and HR Operations for a team of 11 across India and the UAE, with a workforce of approximately 2000 employees. Prior to this role, Tanya held the position of AVP - HR Business Partnering at toothsi, and previously worked at Marico Limited as a Corporate HRBP for the Sales and Marketing teams. Additional experience includes the role of Regional HR Manager for Britannia Industries, managing HR processes for over 330 employees across five states, and HR Manager for Learning & Development at Snapdeal, where Tanya established the Snapdeal Learning Academy. Tanya began her career with a summer internship at Godrej Consumer Products Limited, focusing on leadership development initiatives. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resource Management from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and a B.A. Honours in Psychology from Lady Shri Ram College for Women.
