Jillian Ritter

Jillian Ritter currently serves as the Director of Early Childhood Systems at TOOTRiS, a position held since June 2025. Prior to this role, Jillian was with Child Care Aware of America from January 2011 to June 2025, where responsibilities included leading project management and evaluation for multi-million-dollar grants, as well as serving as a Senior Early Childhood Systems/Data Analyst at the National Center on EHS-Child Care Partnerships, focusing on evaluation material development and reporting. Additional experience includes coordinating quality improvement initiatives for military child care as a Regional Military Child Care Liaison and contributing as a Subject Matter Expert for early childhood education courses at both Rasmussen College and UniversityNow, Inc. Jillian's career began as a Child Development Specialist at EightCAP, Inc. and later included a role as Family Partnership Coordinator at Family Development Services, Inc. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Youth Development from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Science in Child Development from Central Michigan University.
