Dennis Lopes is an accomplished legal and business executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Chief Strategy and Business Officer at Top Aces since November 2025, Lopes previously held significant positions at Chorus Aviation Inc. as Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary, overseeing legal, corporate governance, and sustainability functions. Lopes' background also includes serving as Assistant General Counsel & Head of Corporate, External and Legal Affairs at Microsoft Canada, Vice President and General Counsel at Discovery Air, and Chief Legal Officer at Purolator, where responsibilities encompassed legal affairs, compliance, and corporate governance.
