Tom Berghoff

Tom Berghoff is an experienced aviation professional with a robust background in military and test flight operations. Currently serving as an F-16 Adversary Air Pilot at Top Aces since November 2022, Berghoff also holds the position of F-16 Flight Test Conductor and Subject Matter Expert at AVIONICS TEST & ANALYSIS CORPORATION (ATAC) since June 2019. Previous roles include Program Manager at Northrop Grumman, Test Director at AFOTEC, and Senior Operational Analyst and F-16 Simulator Test Pilot at BGI, LLC. With a military career in the United States Air Force spanning from 1983 to 2009, Berghoff achieved the rank of Colonel, amassing over 4,300 flying hours, including more than 3,000 hours in F-16s. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Science from Purdue University.
