Antoine Serre

Antoine Serre has extensive experience in operations and supply chain management, currently serving as Directeur Général and Directeur des Opérations at Top Clean Packaging Group since December 2014, where responsibilities include operational oversight and the implementation of operational excellence initiatives. Prior to this role, Antoine was Directeur des Opérations France at Eaton, overseeing multiple sites and managing a workforce of 250, while launching operational excellence programs and improving supply chain processes. Earlier experience at Safran Electronics & Defense included responsibilities as Responsable Supply Chain and Responsable Industriel, focusing on supply chain processes and production management. Antoine holds a CPIM in Supply Chain from MGCM and an engineering degree in mécanique from IUP Blaise Pascal.
