Kandiah Lingan

Kandiah Lingan has extensive work experience in project management and consulting roles. Kandiah is currently employed at TOP Consulting, Inc. as a Project Manager. Previously, they worked at Huron as a Consulting Director/Manager from 2016 to 2020, where they were responsible for the data conversion of a PeopleSoft HCM implementation project. Kandiah managed a team of functional and technical members, collaborated with business users, and oversaw the development and testing of data conversions. Before that, they worked at Ciber Global as a Principal Consultant from 2014 to 2016, where they managed the implementation of PeopleSoft HCM, Campus Solutions, and Finance systems. At The Ohio State University, they held multiple roles including Senior Project Manager, Application Development Team Manager, Project Manager, and HCM Upgrade Team Lead from 2003 to 2014. Kandiah also worked as a Technical Analyst at Exult from 2000 to 2002, a Programmer Analyst at The Ohio State University from 1998 to 2000, and an Information Systems Analyst at Statistics Canada from 1997 to 1998.

Kandiah Lingan has a diverse educational background with degrees in different fields. Kandiah obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University, where they studied from 1983 to 1987. Later, they pursued their interest in Computer Science and completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from York University between 1994 and 1997.

To enhance their business acumen and leadership skills, Kandiah pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Leadership from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, where they studied from 2011 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Kandiah Lingan also holds a certification as an Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud 2020 Certified Implementation Specialist, which they obtained from Oracle in November 2020.
