Valentyna Lychko

Valentyna Lychko is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in strategy development and execution. Currently serving as the Chief Marketing Officer at TOP COSMETICS since July 2021, Valentyna is responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing the marketing department, leading research and development processes, and contributing to overall business strategy. Prior to this role, Valentyna spent nearly a decade at Avon in various capacities, including Marketing Planning Manager, where responsibilities encompassed driving KPIs, managing marketing budgets, launching new products, and leading teams. Valentyna holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Economic Cybernetics from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
