Currently serving as the Die Cast Operations Manager at Top Die Casting Co since September 2019, Don has held several key positions including General Manager at Mumford Metal Casting and Value Stream Facilitator at Acme Alliance, LLC. Notable contributions include the development and launch of an employee professional and personal development program as Technical Director at Stroh Precision Die Casting. Don also managed daily operations as Operations Manager at Quad City Die Casting and served as Manufacturing Manager at Acme Die Casting. A strong advocate for continuous improvement, team building, and mentoring, Don's extensive career is marked by a commitment to fostering development within the workforce.
